Ruud is founding principal at Tendris. He is an entrepreneur pur sang who founded a wide variety of companies, which have successfully been divested. He founded Tendris together with business partners, entrepreneurs and friends who share a vision to grow technologies and businesses that succeed sustainably.

Friedwart Barfod

Friedwart, who is founding principal at Tendris and Ruud have a history that goes back to when they founded their first company together at the age of 23. They continued to launch successful business concepts and finally launched Tendris together with business partners, entrepreneurs and friends who share a vision to grow technologies and businesses that succeed sustainably.

Frans Otten

Frans, who is now founding principal at Tendris, graduated in Dutch Law from Leiden University and worked in the legal profession as well as in equity capital markets.

Warner Philips

Warner is all-round educated, ranging from his original start in Dutch Law to marketing, finance and management. Warner started his career in venture capital markets and developed in a wide variety of industries. He uses his experience now at Tendris, where he is a founding principal.

Jan Mol

Jan, who has a background in Business Economics, started his career in marketing. He then led Com & Sense, which he founded with Friedwart and Ruud. He moved on to be a partner in the field of teak plantations and is now principal at Tendris.

Houdijn Beekhuis

Houdijn worked in consultancy before he moved to Australia, to work as General Manager of Chubb Security. He served as board member of Crime Stoppers Australia and Dutchlink. Currently, next to being principal at Tendris, he is an active member of the advisory board of Social Fusion and board member of Henq investment fund.
